Ein wirklich gelungener neuer MyPlace-Standort! Natürlich merkt man an der einen oder anderen Stelle noch, dass das Gebäude ganz neu ist und sich einzelne Bereiche noch in der Entwicklung befinden. Das wird aber offen kommuniziert und man merkt, dass der Betreiber großen Wert darauf legt, die Kunden dadurch so wenig wie möglich zu beeinträchtigen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Herrn Mandate am Empfang. So freundliche, geduldige und engagierte Mitarbeiter findet man heute leider nicht mehr oft. Egal welche Frage man hat, er nimmt sich Zeit, erklärt alles verständlich und sorgt dafür, dass man sich von Anfang an gut aufgehoben fühlt. Genau so stellt man sich Kundenservice vor. Der gesamte Standort wirkt modern, sauber und durchdacht. Die Zufahrt, die Ausstattung und das Sicherheitskonzept machen einen sehr guten Eindruck. Wer in Berlin einen Lagerraum sucht, ist hier aus meiner Sicht genau richtig. Klare 5 Sterne – und ein großes Dankeschön an Herrn Mandate für den außergewöhnlich guten Service!
