Rental can start at any time. The minimum term is 2 weeks, the remaining term of the lease can be customized to your needs and can be terminated on a weekly basis. Getting your MyPlace storage unit is simple:
- Choose the storage size that best fits your needs.
- If you wish, complete your rental agreement online at any time, independent of our opening hours.
- Alternatively, visit us during our service hours (Monday–Friday: 08:30–17:30, Saturday: 09:00–13:00). You can also purchase a suitable lock directly from our staff.
- Outside service hours, including Sundays and public holidays, our self-service lock vending machine allows you to conveniently purchase a lock whenever you need one.
The minimum rental period is two weeks. After that, the contract renews automatically. With a notice period of only 14 days, you remain highly flexible.

Public Transportation
You can reach us using the following public transport options:
- Suburban train: S25 to Alt-Reinickendorf station, exit via Flottenstraße, followed by a 7–10 minute walk.

By Car or Van
We recommend the following routes:
- From Tempelhof: Take the B96 towards Prenzlauer Berg/Wedding via Reinickendorfer Straße and continue to Roedernallee.
- From Wedding: Follow Friedenfelser Straße straight ahead to Roedernallee.
- From the north (Pankow): Travel via Breite Straße/B96, turn left onto Hermann-Hesse-Straße towards Klemkestraße, right onto Kopenhagener Straße, then left onto Flottenstraße and finally right onto Roedernallee.
No need to worry about parking. Free customer parking spaces are available directly at our facility, making loading and unloading especially convenient.

Ein wirklich gelungener neuer MyPlace-Standort! Natürlich merkt man an der einen oder anderen Stelle noch, dass das Gebäude ganz neu ist und sich einzelne Bereiche noch in der Entwicklung befinden. Das wird aber offen kommuniziert und man merkt, dass der Betreiber großen Wert darauf legt, die Kunden dadurch so wenig wie möglich zu beeinträchtigen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Herrn Mandate am Empfang. So freundliche, geduldige und engagierte Mitarbeiter findet man heute leider nicht mehr oft. Egal welche Frage man hat, er nimmt sich Zeit, erklärt alles verständlich und sorgt dafür, dass man sich von Anfang an gut aufgehoben fühlt. Genau so stellt man sich Kundenservice vor. Der gesamte Standort wirkt modern, sauber und durchdacht. Die Zufahrt, die Ausstattung und das Sicherheitskonzept machen einen sehr guten Eindruck. Wer in Berlin einen Lagerraum sucht, ist hier aus meiner Sicht genau richtig. Klare 5 Sterne – und ein großes Dankeschön an Herrn Mandate für den außergewöhnlich guten Service!
