Self Storage Costs & Rental Period
Rental is at a fixed price and is billed every four weeks. The costs of our storage compartments vary according to size and availability. Here you will find a general overview of our prices at the Frankfurt Nied location:
Rental can start at any time. The minimum term is 2 weeks, the remaining term of the lease can be customized to your needs and can be terminated on a weekly basis. We at MyPlace SelfStorage greatly value long-term relationships with our customers and reward the loyalty of our long-term tenants with a discount of -15 % on the annual rent (in case of prepayment).

Book a storage unitHow Does the Rental Process Work?
Getting your storage unit is straightforward: First, choose the size that best suits your needs. Once you have made your decision, you can conclude the rental contract either conveniently online or directly on site. The minimum rental period is two weeks, after which the contract is automatically extended and remains flexible - with just 14 days’ notice.
For short-term rentals, you can book online or use the unit directly – regardless of our opening hours.
- During our service hours (Monday-Friday: 08:30–17:30, Saturday: 09:00–13:00) you have the option to find and buy a suitable lock directly from one of our employees.
- Outside these hours, for example on Sundays and public holidays, you can use our Self-Service-Lock-Dispenser to find a suitable lock for your unit. This way you can have easy and quick access to a suitable lock for your unit at any time.
How to Get to Our Facility in Frankfurt-Nied
Our new facility in Mainzer Landstraße 693 is easily accessible both by public transport and by car. You can reach us using the following public transport lines:
- Tram line 11 & 21 (Birminghamstraße station)
- Rapid transit railway S1 & S2 (station Frankfurt-Nied Bahnhof)
If you are travelling by car or van, we recommend the following routes:
- Coming from the city center, take Mainzer Landstraße toward Höchst. There is a turning point on Birmighamstraße which allows you to cross to the other side of Mainzer Landstraße – directly to our storage unit.
- Coming from the airport, leave the B40 at the Frankfurt-Nied West exit. Turn right onto Nieder Kirchweg and continue to the Mainzer Landstraße intersection. Turn right again onto Mainzer Landstraße and continue to the building with the number 693 – this is where you will find us.
- Coming from Höchst, the Bolongarostraße will take you directly onto Mainzer Landstraße.
There is no need to worry about parking – there are of course free parking spots for all our customers. There will be enough space for you to park your car or van.
