Rental can start at any time. The minimum term is 2 weeks, the remaining term of the lease can be customized to your needs and can be terminated on a weekly basis. We at MyPlace SelfStorage greatly value long-term relationships with our customers and reward the loyalty of our long-term tenants with a discount of -15 % on the annual rent (in case of prepayment).

Getting your storage unit is straightforward: First, choose the size that best suits your needs. Once you have made your decision, you can conclude the rental contract either conveniently online or directly on site. The minimum rental period is two weeks, after which the contract is automatically extended and remains flexible – with just one week's notice.
If you need a storage unit on short notice, you can book it online at any time and start using it immediately – regardless of our office hours. During our service hours (Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, Saturday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM), you also have the option to purchase a suitable lock directly from our staff. Outside of these hours, such as on Sundays or public holidays, our self-service lock vending machine is available, allowing you to conveniently and flexibly obtain a lock for your unit – without having to wait for our service hours.

- Tram lines 704 und 706 (Station Auf`m Hennekamp)
- Tram line 705 (Station Kopernikusstraße)
- Undergroud-Trains U72 und U73 (Haltestelle Auf`m Hennekamp)
If you are travelling by car or van, we recommend the following routes:
- Coming from the south, take Witzelstraße to the Auf'm Hennekamp tram stop. Immediately before the stop, turn left onto Erna-Eckstein-Straße, and you'll see the My Place location directly to your right.
- Coming from the northeast, take Kruppstraße to the intersection of Auf'm Hennekamp and Witzelstraße. From here, turn left onto Witzelstraße and, after the Auf'm Hennekamp tram stop, turn immediately right onto Erna Eckstein-Straße. You'll see our location directly to your right.
- Coming from the west, take the Südring, continue along Kopernikusstraße until you reach the Witzelstraße intersection. There, turn right onto Witzelstraße and immediately right again onto Erna-Eckstein-Straße. You'll see our location directly to your right.
The use of the car parks at our Düsseldorf Bilk location is of course free of charge for our customers. So you don't have to worry about a lengthy search for a parking space or long transport routes.

Jetzt habe ich schon 3x angefangen, eine Bewertung zu schreiben. Vor 3 Wochen war ich zum ersten Mal dort, um mich nach Einlagerungsmöglichkeiten zu erkundigen. Es war ca. 1 Stunde vor Feierabend, es war wenig zu tun. Der Kundenservice durch Herrn Sohl war sehr freundlich. Ich bekam eine komplette Führung durch das Lagerhaus, das sehr hell und freundlich, 1A sauber und modern ist, um mir eine Idee von der Größe der Boxen zu verschaffen. Die Gebäude sind vor kurzem erst fertig gestellt worden, sind von innen und außen sehr ansprechend und sowohl mit der Bahn als auch mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar. Es gibt immer mal wieder Sonderangebote, die sehr attraktiv sind. Die Beratung, die Konditionen und das Entgegenkommen waren top! ich hatte das Glück, noch eine Außenbox zu ergattern, vor die man direkt mit dem Auto fahren kann. In der Aktionswoche gab es noch das Angebot, entweder einen Transporter mit Umzugshilfe oder einen Transporter als Selbstfahrer von Avis zu bekommen, on top noch als Geschenk Kartons und Klebeband. Ein Angebot, das absolut passt! Vielen Dank, Herr Sohl, sowohl für die gute Beratung als auch für das nette Gespräch!

Needed a place to store my belongings for a couple of days while moving between apartments and MyPlace provided me with just that. I especially liked their quick response to online requests for offers and that I could rent the space easily from home (though they did provide the option to check it out in person as well). With the minimum rental period of 2 weeks, I did end up renting it for longer than needed, but the prices were fair (incl. a summer special discount). Check-in and check-out were really easy (didn't even need to be there at the end, the service personnel simply checked that the space was empty and clean). I did have to pay the full rental price for 4 weeks in advance, but received back the 2 weeks that I didn't actually rent the space after the rental period was over. The storage building and the rented space were clean and orderly, and for 4€ I could even buy a lock for my rented space. The service personnel was also really friendly and helpful. All in all, I was very satisfied with the rental experience.
